Back in the 90's my buddy @ryansomers had a magazine called "IN SEARCH OF DIVINE STYLER," which along with being a kickass indie rap mag, was also an attempt to find our favorite memeber of the Rhyme Syndicate - Divine Styler. The magazine eventually found its way to Divine Styler and he came to Toronto with Bilal Bashir and Styles of Beyond.
Around the same time LEN took off, Styles released their first album "2000 Fold." Ryu, Tak, and Cheaphot from Styles of Beyond joined us on our American tour, and we have been good friends ever sense.
Today Ryu along with Apathy under the name "The Get Busy Commitee" have dropped their new album "UZI Does It." You can listen to the live stream here. Above is an interview I did with them for the reunion issue of "In Search of Divine Styler" Magazine which is coming soon.
